Spa Guide

Check-In

- Pay Admission/Entrance Fee

- Get your locker key and clothing

*Keep your locker key with you at all times

($20 replacement fee will be charged for the lost key)

Locker / Changing Room

- Please make sure to securely lock your locker at all times.

- Take your shoes off after Check-In and take it with you to your locker and store it IN your locker.

Shower / Bath

- MUST take a shower before using Hot or Cold tubs.

- Leave all used towels and clothing inside the laundry baskets provided.

- Customers are NOT allowed to input any additives into the water. There will be a fine if caught.

Facilities / Jjimjilbang

- Use the stairs to go to the 2nd floor, where all the heated rooms, common room, and cafe are located.

Check-Out

- Pay for any services, merchandise, and/or food purchased.

- RETURN YOUR KEYS!!!

Spa Etiquette

GENERAL ETIQUETTE

- Guests with health conditions should consult a physician before using the facilities.

- Please take off your shoes before entering the Locker Room.

- Please be considerate and courteous while in the Spa.

- Please bring your noise level down and have your children supervised at all times.

- NO outside Food & Beverage allowed.

- Please place all used towels and clothing in the laundry baskets provided.

- NO USE OF PHONES ALLOWED IN THE SPA AND LOCKER ROOM.

- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

MEN'S / WOMEN'S SPA

- Please shower before using Hot or Cold Tubs.

- No hair dyes, oil products, and facial products are allowed inside the spa or saunas.

- Please do not wash or dry your clothes in the spa or saunas.

- No clothing is allowed inside the spa or saunas.

- Please place all trash, used toothbrushes, and razors in the bins provided.

- NO CELLPHONES ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPA AREA.

JJIMJILBANG / THEMED ROOMS

- No outside food is permitted.

- Please return all mats and pillows to their proper place after use.

- Please place all trash inside the trash bins.

- Please keep noise level at a minimum.

- Any guests making too much noise will be evicted with no refund.

- Do NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN UNATTENDED.

- After 2 notices for parents to manage their children to stop running around, Descanso Garden Spa hold rights to evict both children and parents/guardians without a refund. 

- All guests must wear the clothing provided.

- No outside clothes are allowed unless approved by Front Staffs.

- NO SANDALS, SLIPPERS, ROBES, and any other unprovided materials are permitted on the 2nd floor.

SERVICE INFORMATION

- For all services, please arrive 30 minutes before scheduled service to ensure a proper and full treatment.

- Reservation will have 5 minute grace time for all late arrivals.

- All service reserved customers arriving LATER than 5 mins of their appointment time, will be canceled.

- If you are not satisfied with the service, you have the right to STOP the treatment in the first 10 minutes in order to receive a refund. 

- No refunds will be given if service extends beyond the 10 minute time limit.
